what is the make best aquarium air pump?
the tank is 350 gallons this pump is to power 2 x 6`air stone only. what make is best make
This is something I learned the hard way: Buy your air pump in person and test it in the store. You see, all air pumps pump air. It’s what they do. But they don’t all do it quietly. You literally have to plug it in while you’re in the store and find out how loud it is.
I would recommend a specific brand like Whisper or something else, but the new models that they make are all different. A company can make a good airpump one year and then a really loud one the next year. Quality is very dependent upon that particular model, not necessarily the brand.
I tried buying air pumps online that were rated for my size tank, and what I received was the loudest most horrible air pump ever. Buy it in person and test it before you buy it.
